All Rankora Academy products are digital ebooks (PDF files) delivered by email
after checkout. Nothing physical is shipped, so no return shipping is ever required.

Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase
and we will either exchange your ebook for a different title (free of charge) or
refund you in full.

How you receive your ebook
After your payment is confirmed, your PDF is sent automatically to the email address
you used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see
it within a few minutes. If you still haven't received it after 30 minutes, email us
and we will resend it immediately.

How to request a refund or exchange
Email  from the email address used at checkout and include
your order number. We reply within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday) and process approved
refunds within 48 hours. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; your
bank may take 5–10 business days to display them.

Other cases
Duplicate purchases are always refunded in full. If your file did not arrive or will
not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you — no questions asked.
